Full-time Front Counter Associates

We are seeking a full & part time front counter associate .

Hours 7am-3:30pm or 8am-4:30pm Tuesday-Saturday

Pay $14/hr.

Qualifications:

• Prompt and exceptional customer service

• Ability to stand for long periods of time, bend and lift up to 50lbs. 

• Must be able to work Saturdays and during holiday seasons

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Adhere to food safety standards while preparing and handling products

Responsibilities:

• Creating a welcoming and positive customer experience

• Answer customers' questions about food ingredients, cake designs and other aspects of the baked good.

• Package orders

• Stock and replenish display cases with product

• Explain products and services to customers

• Take orders in person or over the phone

• Operate POS system

• Clean and maintain work-station

Full-time Decorator

We’re hiring for our decorating team. Hours/days may vary

Pay based on experience

Qualifications:

• Must be able to set up and prepare cakes, cupcakes and other baked goods

• Must be able to work with buttercream

• Retail bakery experience required

• Decorating skills required

• Exceptional handwriting skills

• Strong work ethic

• Ability to work in fast-paced environment

• Ability to stand for extended periods

• Must be available on weekends & holidays

Responsibilities:

• Ice and decorate cakes, cupcakes, donuts and other baked goods.

• Design cakes for special occasions

• Follow client specifications and special requests

• Adhere to food safety standards while preparing and handling products

• Stock and replenish display product

• Clean and maintain work-station
