Full-time Baker
This position aids the head baker by preparing all bakery goods for the display case and packaging. This position is responsible for delivering consistent product quality and meeting daily production needs. Position functions and work hours may vary according to business needs.
***MUST BE ABLE TO WORK EARLY HOURS***
Starting rate $18/hr.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and bake breads, pastries, cookies, cakes, and other baked goods according to recipes.
Measure and mix ingredients accurately.
Monitor baking times and product quality to ensure consistency.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area.
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Assist with inventory, ingredient preparation, and stocking.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications:
18 years or older
Dependable transportation
Effective listening and communications abilities
Ability to consistently work early schedules
Ability to stand for extended periods
Kneeling to clean low areas
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to weigh and mix dry and wet goods weighing up to 100 lbs.
Ability to work in humid or hot environment
Ability to measure dry and wet ingredients and to perform basic conversions

Full-time Decorator
This position is responsible for preparing all types of baked goods for the display cases and packaging.
Schedule:
Tuesday-Saturday - Holidays as needed
5:00am - 1:30pm
Hours may vary during the holiday season
Overtime is required if necessary based on business needs
Pay based on experience

Qualifications:
Must be able to set up and prepare cakes, cupcakes and other baked goods
Must be able to work with buttercream
Decorating skills required
Exceptional handwriting skills
Strong work ethic
Ability to consistently work early schedules

Ability to work in fast-paced environment
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to work in humid and hot environment
Must be available on weekends & holidays
Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team
Responsibilities:
Cut and prep cake products
Ice and decorate cakes, cupcakes, cookies and other baked goods
Follow client specifications and special requests
Adhere to food safety standards while preparing and handling products
Stock and replenish display product
Clean and maintain work-station
Provide excellent customer service, addressing customers' needs in a timely and effective manner
